The shrimp are slightly sweet and have a soft crunchy texture. Ha, does that make sense? The big flavor comes from the seasoning: chili, lime, mint, shallot, fish sauce and toasted and ground rice. It was actually pretty tasty, and definitely entertaining 🙂
